Synology ChatPlus & Meet license packs are designed for enterprises seeking secure and efficient access to real-time messaging and meetings. They ensure that enterprise communication data is stored on your own Synology device. Sign in to your Synology Account for an overview of your ChatPlus & Meet licenses. The licenses will also show in Synology ChatPlus Admin Console > License Management. Your license data is stored by Synology. Once the device is running again, sign in to the Synology Account associated with the Synology ChatPlus & Meet License Pack to restore your license data. Contact your Synology Partner to revoke the old license and activate a new license for the new Synology Account. Before your partner activates the license in the Partner Portal, sign in to the target Synology device with the new Synology Account.
